These terms are an agreement between you and Brune Technologies LLC ("we", "us") about your use of Crib Chronicle, including the app at app.cribchronicle.com and this website. By using Crib Chronicle, you agree to them.
Not medical advice
Crib Chronicle is a record-keeping tool. It doesn't give medical advice, diagnose anything, or replace your pediatrician or other health professionals. If you're worried about your baby's health, contact a doctor. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
The beta
Crib Chronicle is in beta and free to use while it lasts. Features may change, and we may introduce paid plans; if we do, we'll tell you before anything you use becomes paid. Because it's a beta, there may be bugs or interruptions, so please don't rely on it as your only record of anything important.
Your account
You must be an adult to create an account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
Your information and sharing
What you log belongs to you. You give us permission to store, process and display it only so we can run Crib Chronicle for you and the people you choose to share with. You decide who to invite, and you're responsible for removing anyone who should no longer have access. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
Acceptable use
Don't use Crib Chronicle to break the law, to store information about someone you have no right to track, to try to access other people's data, or to disrupt or overload the service.
Payments and refunds
Crib Chronicle is currently free. If paid plans are introduced, purchases will be refundable on request within 30 days, and these terms will be updated with the details.
Availability and warranties
We work to keep Crib Chronicle running and your data safe, but we provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change or stop parts of the service; if we ever shut it down, we'll give you notice and a way to get a copy of your data.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim about Crib Chronicle is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months or US$50.
Ending your use
You can stop using Crib Chronicle at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes and law
If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and tell you about significant changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
